Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA outlines the relationship between CoveAssist (“Processor”) and Customers (“Controller”) for data handling purposes.

1. Purpose

Processor processes personal data to deliver CoveAssist services, including chatbot configuration and automation.

Controller’s employees
Controller’s customers/end users

3. Data Types

Names, email addresses, chat logs, user-generated content

4. Processor Obligations

Process data only on Controller’s instructions
Maintain confidentiality
Implement technical and organizational measures
Notify Controller promptly of data breaches

5. Subprocessors

Authorized use of trusted subprocessors like cloud hosting services (e.g., DigitalOcean).

6. International Transfers

Appropriate safeguards will be used if transferring data outside the EEA.

7. Termination

Upon termination, data will be returned or deleted per Controller’s request.

8. Governing Law
